Guido is the leader of the self appointed "Town Guard." In reality they are a band of heavies used by Teugen and the council when something unpleasant needs to happen. Guido has taken this as a license to misbehave. Guido is called the Fork as he likes to use one to persuade people to give him money, it's sharp and he knows where to insert it. The polearm is for the serious business.
