The first Citadel Troll was the FF16 Troll with Spiked Club released in April 1979. Ugly enough, but also TMI. It was replaced by the Two Headed version in February 1982. The unreleased Troll is clearly based on the TSR artwork. Compared to the other two (and to the Minifigs ones), it is a lot smaller.
