Who doesn't need a party of Halflings? I started out by trying to find a suitable model for Dumpling Hayfoot in Death on the Reik, now I almost have enough for a (small) warband.
There were 13 slottabased Halflings in the first Spring 1986 release and 30 in the January 1988 release. A handful didn't make the offical realeases, shown below. There are also several Halflings in the 1985/6 ME Lord of the Rings range
Painter:
Adam Skinner / Paul Cubbin
The April 1986 release consisted of 13 Halflings, which also appeared in the Spring 1986 Citadel Journal. They were all designed by the Perry Twins
The January 1988 flyer shows 30 Halflings, 29 of which are also shown in the ad in WD97. The double Lando and Grubb was not shown. They were designed by the Perry Twins and by Trish Carden
A pair of limited edition Hobbits, the Talisman Halfling and a couple of other Halflings that weren't pictured in the C11 range
Raidocks appeared in the Magnificent Sven and Harbul in the Shadow over Bogenhafen scenarios
A couple that never appeared in adverts or on flyers
